Revocable Transfer on Death Deed

This is one of my favorite forms. Use this form to avoid probate by designating your beneficiary(ies) now. Once signed and recorded, you are still the owner until your death, at which time your beneficiary(ies) will automatically become the new owner of the subject property without having to go to probate.
